What are your business hours?

Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday: 7:30am-6:00pm

What time is check in/out?

Check in and out is 1:00PM. Pets arriving before check in time are welcome but they may be in a holding kennel until there is an available larger kennel. Boarding fees start the day the pet is checked in. An additional night will be charge if pets stay after 1:00PM on the day of check out unless they receive a bath or groom. Pets are to be picked up no later than 5:00PM on Saturday and 6:00PM Monday through Friday.

What vaccines do you require?

For grooming and bath appointments, we require a Rabies vaccine Only. For boarding animals, they must be up to date on all of their core vaccines prior to their boarding reservation.

What is the cancellation policy?

We do not require a deposit to confirm your reservation, but we do ask that in the event of a cancellation that you call as soon as possible.

How early do I need to make a reservation?

Reservations can be made at any time. We have limited availability for dogs over 50lbs and for multiple dogs staying together. The sooner you make a reservation for large dogs or for multiple dogs the better. During holidays, we book up fast so reserve in as far in as advance as possible.

I have multiple pets can they stay together?

Yes, if you want them to! As long as they get along. We do reserve the right to separate family members if they, for any reason, are not getting along. If this were to occur, the price would increase back to full price for the remainder of their stay.

Can you give my dog their medications?

Yes, bring it in the original packaging please. If it is a prescription, please have the labeled bottle with the instructions attached. A $5 a day fee applies.

What things do I need to bring for my pet?

We provide food, bowls, water, blankets, and toys; however if your pet has a sensitive stomach or is on a specific diet, we ask that you please bring their own food. You are welcome to bring any bedding or toys that have been clearly labeled with your name or your pet’s name. We ask that no tennis ball or ball like items be brought to boarding due to our drain system.

Do you accept puppies or kittens for boarding?

Yes, we do allow puppies and kittens to board with us under the condition that they have been vaccinated twice prior to boarding. We do recommend that puppies and kittens be fully vaccinated prior to boarding as their is some risk due to their; however, we understand that it is not always possible.

Do my dogs interact with other dogs?

No, we do not allow dogs to interact at our facility. We do not temperament test our boarding animals and are therefore not set up for social play between animals.

How often is my pet walked?

Your pet is walked 2-3 times a day on a leash. The amount of time differs depending on how many animals we are housing at the time.

Who takes care of my dog?

We have a great staff of pet care attendants that will be in charge of your pets during their stay. Our technicians and Doctor are also at hand in case of an emergency.

What size enclosure do you have?

Our kennels range in size from

We fit your dog to its optimal cage size upon reservation.

Can I tour the facility?

Yes, stop on by our facility and tour our clinic. To avoid any waiting time please call ahead of time to let the clinic know so we can have time to help you tour.

Cash, Check, Visa, Discover, MasterCard, and Care Credit.

What discounts do you offer?

We offer military and police discounts. Ask us about our multiple pet discount.

Do we offer emergency care?

We take emergency calls during office hours; however, we do not take overnight or weekend emergencies. If more intensive care is needed we would refer you to either Oso Creek Animal Hospital or Emergency Pet Care.

Do you accept payment plans?

We do not offer an in-house payment plan, but we do accept care credit.

Do you do Rabies Quarantine?

We will offer Rabies Quarantine if our boarding reservations allow for it.

Do you accept walk-ins?

Yes, although we prefer that you schedule an appointment. We do charge a walk-in fee.

Do you have training services?

No we do not offer training services. We refer clients to the Obedience Club of Corpus Christi (887-7305).

When do I need to start my puppy kitten vaccinations?

We recommend that you start vaccines as early at 6 weeks old for both puppies and kittens. Certain vaccines have age restrictions and may not be able to be done until the pet is older. We offer a Vaccination Survey program that can be taken while in the facility to better help you decide which vaccines aside from the core vaccines that your pet will need.
